If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we might have to reschedule for a different time. I do not like to rush when I am with my guests and not having enough time could feel rushed. Your deposit will not be transferred if you are too late.

I require a deposit for booking per my cancellation policy. All cards used online are kept safe and secure through my online booking site, Vagaro. Your card is not available to me, but only the last four digits.

You card is required to book. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will incur a $50 fee that can be transferred once if:

You contact me 24+ hours before your appt.

Your appointment was ABLE to be filled by a service equal to or greater than your service cost.

I have contacted you to move the appointment. Your deposit will NOT be transferred if:

You contact me between 0- 24 hours of your appt.

Your appointment was UNABLE to be filled by a service equal to or greater than your service cost.

You no show/no call your appointment.

You are more than 15 minutes late and we need to move your appointment time because of that.

No Shows will not be able to book again. This cancellation policy is listed on my booking page as well and requires to be checked for booking.

My guests have an adjustment period of 7 days after their appointment that they can have their color adjusted without additional cost. An adjustment might be:

To change the tone by doing another gloss.

To root shadow the money piece or brightness around the face to make it blend more.

The bangs need to be brought up more or shortened.

Their extension end is bothering them or not laying how they want and it needs to be resewn.

IF that is the case, please contact me to adjust your color or install.

Please only bring children who are receiving a service in the salon during your time- With the exception of young babies who cannot be without their mothers for long periods.
